Patient Access is a great online service which allows you to book appointments, order repeat prescriptions, view your medical records and update your contact details. The services is open 24/7, 365 days and can be accessed from your home PC, Tablet or mobile phone.

Step 1. Visit the surgery in person and present our reception staff with a proof of ID
Step 2. Our reception staff will provide you with a Patient Access Application Form for you to complete and sign
Step 3. Once completed, it takes 24 hours to register you. Once registered, you will receive an email confirmation with a unique code to register for Patient Access along with a link to registration page.
Once you have registered your Patient Access account, you will have full access to all online services.
